Returns Window
You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• unused

• in their original packaging

• in resellable condition

Returns where the item has been used or damaged may not be accepted.

How to Start a Return
Email us at support@furto.co.uk with your order number and details of the item(s) you want to return.
We will provide return instructions within 24–48 hours.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges
If you need a different size or colour, please contact us — we’re happy to arrange an exchange where stock is available.

Non-Returnable Items

• Gift cards

• Items sold as “Final Sale”

• Used pet accessories for hygiene reasons (unless faulty)

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can rectify it quickly.
