Furto is a trading name of MILO AND MAX UK LTD (Company No. 15655624), 7 Welford Road, Manchester, M8 4NZ, United Kingdom. All orders are packed and dispatched by us from Manchester. We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.

Handling time

Orders are processed and dispatched from Manchester within 1 working day of being placed. Orders placed at a weekend or on a UK bank holiday are dispatched on the next working day.

Transit time

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery takes 1 working day.

Total delivery time

Handling time plus transit time means most UK orders arrive within 1 to 2 working days of being placed.

Shipping costs

Standard delivery is charged at a flat rate of £3.95 on orders under £30. Delivery is free on orders of £30 or more. The correct rate is applied automatically at checkout.

Order tracking

Once your parcel has been dispatched we will email you a dispatch confirmation containing your tracking number.

Delays

During exceptionally busy periods, such as Black Friday or Christmas, dispatch may take slightly longer. If your order has not arrived within 10 working days, please contact us at help@furto.co.uk and we will look into it for you.
